I grew up eating the original Villa Palermo pizza, so when I ordered from this location, I had no idea it had changed ownership. After placing an online order for a pepperoni, sausage, and veggie pizza, I started reading reviews and realized this is now Villa Palermo Halal Pizza Inc. Some reviews made me nervous because people said it wasn’t the same Villa Palermo anymore. Since my husband loves pork pepperoni and sausage, I decided to call and cancel my order. The gentleman who answered couldn’t have been kinder. He immediately processed my refund and explained that while they no longer serve pork because they’re halal, they kept the same pizza cook from the previous owners, so the recipe and quality were still there—only the pepperoni and sausage are beef. I told him I’d stop by for a slice someday if I was in the area. About 20 minutes later, he called me back and said, “Your pizza is ready—we’d like to deliver it to you on the house.” I was honestly shocked by that level of customer service. Their quality has gone down, cheese is too weak and made such a mess. New management needs to make improvements. Prices were decent and ambiance was alright.

The sauce has that bright, slightly sweet tang that tastes homemade, and they’re generous with quality toppings that actually have flavor. 🤌 I ordered a classic margherita and a pepperoni 🍕🔥, and both came out hot, beautifully cooked, and loaded with melty cheese 🧀. Nothing greasy or overdone — just well-balanced, authentic Italian-style pizza. 🇮🇹 What really sealed it was the service 💯. Friendly, welcoming staff who clearly take pride in what they do 😊, and the order came out faster than I expected ⏱️. Villa Palermo on Devon has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a casual meal out. Their pizza is authentically Italian, with a perfect balance of crust, sauce, and toppings that keeps me coming back for more. What really stands out is the value: the prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size you get. Every single time I order, I leave fully satisfied and already planning my next visit. Beyond the pizza, the menu here is impressively vast and varied. They offer everything from hearty pastas to juicy smash burgers, flavorful tacos, and refreshing shakes to wash it all down. It's the kind of place where everyone in your group can find something they love, no matter what they're craving. I've tried multiple items across the menu and have yet to be disappointed by anything. On top of the great food, the customer service is consistently excellent. Ordered a stuffed pizza and a thin crust pizza with sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers. Both pizzas came out really good and honestly tasted just like the original pizza. The meat is different but it's still really good. Also ordered some cheese fries and those were also just like the original. Great food, heard they are going to expand the menu and bring back some more of the original items. Looking forward to it!
